After your first day, MyBenefits will become your go-to place to review, select and manage your benefits. While at HSBC, you’ll continue to receive emails from MyBenefits about any changes or actions you need to take.
Your actions:
It’s important that you take the time to log on to MyBenefits and complete the following mandatory tasks:
- Select your retirement benefit (within your 30-day enrolment window)
- Complete your Expression of Wish
- Select your medical benefit and nominate any dependents
- Submit a Refund of Rent application if applicable
Please remember to submit your Refund of Rent application during your hire month if you have rented a property. Note that Refund of Rent would only take effect from the month that your application is submitted. If you have encountered any problems, please raise a case with HRDirect immediately.
