How to manage daily payment and transfer limits

Manage daily payment and transfer limits via HSBC HK App

Step 1

Log on and select 'Pay & Transfer' at the bottom, tap on 'Set limits' icon under 'More actions'.

 

Note: You can also update limit using the profile icon on top right corner.

Step 2

Select your preferred limit[@transfer-and-payment-payeelimit-transferlimits] under 'Transfer and withdrawal limits' for change.

Step 3

Enter limit amount to set your preferred limit and tap on 'Confirm'.

Step 4

And you're done! We'll notify you via SMS and email upon confirmation only when the limit is increased.

Manage daily payment and transfer limits via HSBC Online Banking

Step 1

Log on and select 'Pay & Transfer' from the top menu, then select 'Daily payment and transfer limits' under 'Settings'.

Step 2

Choose 'Edit' next to the limit type you want to update.

Step 3

Enter limit amount to set your limit.

Step 4

Follow the authentication to complete the update.

Step 5

And you're done! We'll notify you via SMS and email upon confirmation only when the limit is increased.
