Setting Up an Autopay Instruction Reminder

  1. Please ensure the autopay account is in normal status.
  2. An eAdvice will be sent to your Personal Internet Banking account if you have registered for the eStatement and Advice service. If not, a letter notification will be sent to your statement address by mail.
  3. To change the debit amount, you may call our customer service hotline at least 6 working days before the payment due date. Please ensure sufficient funds 1 working day before the due date for HSBC account or 2 working days for non-HSBC account.
  4. For cardholders who have set up autopay for credit card repayment, HSBC will enable auto-adjustment of autopay debit amount. After reducing credit transactions posted to credit card from last statement date, the adjusted amount will be debited on the due date. For the current cycle (after last statement), if cardholder instructed to set up or further amend the autopay for credit card repayment, any further credit transactions (after this setup / amendment instruction) will not be auto-adjusted, unless advised.
