ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE PERSONAL INSTALMENT LOAN
Prior to Electric Vehicle Personal Instalment Loan Drawdown
Past 6 months’ proof of the order agreement or documents showing the payment of deposits for the purchase of eligible electric vehicle
- Total purchasing price for the electric vehicle must be shown on the proof
- The proof must show that the purchaser/ owner of the electric vehicle is the applicant
- For details of eligible electric vehicle models, please refer to the Environmental Protection Department’s website
- As long as it's an eligible model, both brand new and second-hand vehicles from any manufacturers or dealers are qualified for an Electric Vehicle Personal Instalment Loan
Within 6 months after Electric Vehicle Personal Instalment Loan Drawdown
Vehicle registration document or related documents as proof of electric vehicle ownership
- The registration date of car ownership must be after the loan drawdown
- The proof must show that the purchaser/ owner of the electric vehicle is the applicant
- If the related proof cannot be provided, the Bank reserves the right to terminate this loan and require the customer to immediately repay the outstanding loan balance, early repayment fee, late charge, overdue interest, accrued interest, repayment of any applicable promotional offers and other fees, etc
