Records of monthly statements, payees and payment amounts - it's all there on your transaction history. So you'll always have a complete picture of how much money is going out and what it's being spent on, month after month.

15:00: Retrieve up to 7 years' worth of eStatements for easy record tracking

On the way to pick your kid up from school, you receive a push notification informing you your new eStatement has been uploaded. Just use the HSBC HK App to view it securely anytime, anywhere.

Need to check records from years ago? You can check your eStatements and eAdvice going back up to 7 years – it's just like having your own personal assistant. Another perk of using eStatement and eAdvice - you'll save a HKD20 fee per account each year1 for going green too.

A Paper Statement Service Annual Fee of HKD20 will be charged to each account if you request more than two paper statements per year for your Personal Banking Hong Kong Dollar Current, SuperEase, HSBC Premier, HSBC One, Personal Integrated Account, University Student, Cash Card, Renminbi Savings, Hong Kong Dollar Statement Savings, CombiNations Statement Savings or Foreign Currency Current accounts. This fee is waived for recipients of the Comprehensive Social Security Allowance and Disability Allowance, customers with physical or visual impairment and customers aged under 18 or over 65.
